Advantages to Buying or Owning a Condominium,
or Condo Living
by: David Chandler
Condos have become an increasingly attractive home
ownership option for singles, young couples, families
and retired couples (that's just about everybody!).
A condo is a viable option for anyone who wants
to own a home without the worry of repairs, maintenance
and dreaded chores like snow shoveling.
Condos are usually located in well established,
proven neighborhoods. Giving you the opportunity
to see where everything is before you decide to
buy. Some condos are the same size as houses as
far as square footage is concerned, and the accessibility
is a little more governed.

Home Decorating for Smaller Spaces
by: Bonnie P Carrier
Big Things Come In Small Packages Were
all familiar with this quote, its normally
associated with gifts not home decorating, but it
should be.

townhouse can be just as impressive and grand as
something with fifteen bathrooms, Wow, imaging having
to clean all those, I have enough trouble with two.
One interesting things I have found from past experience
is that decorating a smaller place is actually easier,
not to mention less expensive.

Is the Condo Craze Over, or Just Gaining Steam?
by: Mike Myatt

activity that many commercial real estate lenders
are starting to express concern over the future
stability of condo markets. Some lenders have recently
found themselves over allocated in condominiums
as a result of the recent activity and have therefore
become wary of all but the best opportunities.
While the best opportunities (typically in Florida,
Southern California and select destination markets)
are still attractive, developers in smaller markets
are finding condos much more difficult to finance
in recent months.
